When designing this guesthouse, I thought first of the guests and their needs. I wanted everyone who comes here to feel at ease and comfortable. I chose a dry hill surrounded by birch and pine forest, with a beautiful view of the reservoir. The shared terrace invites you to enjoy your morning coffee, pick up a book, or simply surrender to the silence. Next to the terrace there is a barbecue area, and by the house a convenient parking lot.

The guesthouse is divided into three parts so that everyone can find the right space for themselves. In section A, there are triple and quadruple rooms with private bathrooms; in section B – double and triple rooms, also with private bathrooms; and in section C, a triple room with a bathroom and access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen, including a highchair for little ones. For breakfast, I can offer fresh eggs straight from my chicken coop.

It was important to me to create space around the house for spending time together. That’s why next to the guesthouse there is a playground and a meadow – perfect for volleyball, Mölkky, and boules, which I am happy to provide. In the evening, I invite you to gather around the campfire. At the far end of the meadow, I built one of three covered piers – great for mooring kayaks, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water.

I wanted a stay here to offer not only rest, but also the chance to be active. Guests of the guesthouse can enjoy free use of touring bicycles, fishing boats, pedal boats, and kayaks. For families, two travel cots are available. Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the property.

For the comfort of guests traveling in a modern way, I prepared the option of charging electric cars with clean energy from photovoltaic panels. Our 11 kW station, safely powered from a force socket and equipped with an integrated Type 2 connector, ensures smooth and trouble-free charging.

When creating the campsite, I had in mind those who love nature and value both freedom and comfort. I wanted to design a space where you can experience the closeness of nature without giving up essential amenities. The fenced field can accommodate up to 50 people and provides a safe environment for rest and socializing.

At the heart of the campsite is a spacious covered banquet shelter for 60 people, where social life revolves around a fireplace and barbecue. For guests’ convenience, it is equipped with electricity, an electric kettle, and two refrigerators. Next to the shelter is a kitchen area with a sink and worktop, a traditional wood-burning stove, and a cozy barbecue.

I wanted staying in a tent to be fully comfortable. That’s why there is a modern sanitary building nearby, with toilets, washbasins, and showers with hot water heated by solar energy. As an extra touch for relaxation, I prepared an infrared sauna – perfect for unwinding after a full day. To account for unpredictable weather, guests can take shelter in a room near the sanitary facilities. For motorized visitors, there is free parking with an electric car charging station.

Thanks to this preparation, the campsite with the banquet shelter becomes an ideal venue for birthdays, festivals, team-building events, and even unique wedding celebrations!

For guests without their own equipment, I prepared something special: four fully equipped Tipi tents, each accommodating 3–4 people, with comfortable mattresses and warm quilts inside.

Another attraction is direct access to the pier with the distinctive AGROŚKA sign. It is easy to find and serves as the official starting and finishing point for kayak trips, making our place a perfect base for water adventure enthusiasts.

For those seeking an even closer connection with nature, there are comfortable hammocks with mosquito nets set up among the pines and spruces – the perfect place to fall asleep under a starry sky.

Mobile network coverage around the reservoir can be weak, so AGROŚKA provides Wi-Fi, enabling guests to stay in touch using the Wi-Fi Calling function on their phones.
